Those who are not training are not allowed to sit or loiter within the training area as this will interfere with the students' training. Unless of course they have a valid reason. RULES DURING THE TRADITIONAL PRAYER SESSION All members must complete the traditional prayers before starting or ending the training session, to be lead by the instructor in charge. Before the prayers, ensure members are in full uniform. The verses to read: Surah Al-Fateha and Al-Ikhlas, followed by doa.

The act of Salam Hurmat has to be done properly with body movement and ey contact playing an important role along with placing the thumbs in a proper way signifying the position of the person the Salam Hurmat was intended to. PROPER INTRODUCTORY GESTURES
The introductory gestures must be done in the most respectable way in any ceremonies. The idea is to show respect to the guest (VIP, Chief Instructor, etc). To not show the fist too much or to turn one's back on the guest too much.
PROPRIETIES IN JURUS MOVEMENT
Proprieties in the jurus movement is the same as in the INTRODUCTORY GESTURES, except that it is shown with foot movements, punches, and kicks. In traditional Malay custom, it is rude to show the sole of the feet to the guests while kicking. So it is with punches, elbows, etc. They are done properly and mindful of the guests. PROPRIETIES IN DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY Request permission and consent from Guru is important just as a son's respect and filial piety towards his parents is important for him to achieve any form of knowledge. For example, requesting consent to open a new training area. Requesting permission and consent before demonstration or training. May with the blessings and consent given result in all that is good. This is also true in all ceremonies or celebations, complete with all its proprieties.
